Very comfortable apartment/studio suite with separate living room area. Plush queen sized bed with clean bedding, extra pillows. Dresser vanity in bedroom. Bedroom area not completely enclosed and has direct access to kitchen as well as shower/bathroom. Full size refrigerator/freezer to store your food for your stay.
Living room area has flat-screen TV. A/C can be slightly loud as it is a wall unit but it gets very cool and cold. There are two ceiling fans, one in the living room and one in the bedroom area. The sectional couch in the living room area has a pull-out bed for your convenience. If you require extra sleeping accommodations we do have an additional roll-away bed but this must be arranged ahead of time.
There is a shared common outside patio with large dining table and lounge couches. There are also 2 tanning chairs on the other side of shaded patio area.
Outside shower to wash off the salt water after a nice swim or snorkeling adventure. Very quiet and beautiful clear night sky. Dock is perfect for fishing both day and night. Plenty of fish to catch. Dive for spiny lobster (when in season) or net shrimp (when in season). There is an outside grill for your enjoyment.
Guests have spotted and fed (lettuce / fresh water) to visiting manatees.
Guest has full access to downstairs unit. Owner and wife occupies unit above. Walls and floors are pretty thick to withstand weather so there is absolutely no noise from above.
Guests also has access to share driveway as well as full patio downstairs to include outside lounge and dining area.
Guests may request access to washer/dryer services for additional fees to be negotiated. Accompanied boat rides to see offshore watering areas, reefs, and fishing spots can be negotiated at owner's discretion. Smoking outside only and in permitted areas.
This is a beautiful secluded upscale neighborhood. Please respect neighbors as well as environment. Not meant for loud, spring-break, party animals. Perfect for couple's honeymoon and vacation getaway. Two adult and two kids; 4 persons max occupancy. May be negotiated in advance with brief interview.
Owner may interact with guests if invited. After check-in, please advise if you want to be left completely alone. Owners are friendly, clean, and welcoming. ( Semi-retired)
This is a unique, upscale neighborhood opposite the bay side facing open waters. The backyard bay area is only 5-6 feet in sea grass area during low tide. There are special wildlife here to include, 100s of varieties of fish, manatees, occasional peacocks.
There are a few car rental places nearby. 45 mins access to Miami. Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets within a few miles. Banks, Starbucks, K-Mart, gas stations in area.
*** Recently we have had a contract with local recreational store to provide jet-ski rentals as well as other fun things like sailboats etc. This can be arranged after booking or upon arrival.
