This vast 120 m2 duplex offers: 3 bedrooms, one with a large private bathroom and corner bath, 3 bathrooms in all (1 downstairs, 2 upstairs), an additional separate toilet, a large living room with a large table and 2 soft sofas, a large modular kitchen, a small terrace on the ground floor, on the ramparts side, a large balcony on the 1st floor, with a panoramic view and sun.
