Ca l’Andreu-Modernist House

Ca l’Andreu is a modernist town house, about 300 meters built. It has 4 rooms with complete bathroom with shower, recently remodeled, living room, kitchen, living room with billiards, TV room, garden, barbecue and easy parking. It is located in the town, but somewhat away from the center, at the entrance to the Serralada del Litoral. The rooms are spacious and exterior. Two of them have a double bed and the other two double beds that can be made as singles. Within a maximum radius of 30 minutes by car, there are many interesting activities available for all tastes, from hiking to beach activities (5 minutes by car), horseback riding or great shopping in the town of La Roca Village. In the same town there are several quality restaurants at very affordable prices, although the house has a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to enjoy the stay and the house.
